  Jeff Sanders:  Filmmaker On The Rise

Jeff Sanders recently consulted with
Richard P. Dieguez regarding Three Divas,
a movie script he co-wrote with Leon Hunter.  Sanders and Hunt are filming a trailer for the movie, which features three heroines -- two African American and one Hispanic -- in action roles reminiscent of Charlie's Angels
 
   
  Anticipating the creation of a new market for these "nontraditional" leading ladies, Sanders has already created a prototype action figure ready for licensing to toy manufacturers.
   
  The film is a natural development for Sanders who has prior experience as an actor with appearances in New York Undercover, Law and Order and music videos produced by Sean Combs and Jamie Foxx.
   
 

Legal Experience in Film and Television
   
  For Dieguez, representing Sanders brings
in his film and television legal experience.
Dieguez represented the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (Washington D.C.) in a critical meeting with Dennis Swanson, president and general manager of NBC's flagship station in New York.  That meeting resulted in a deal for the creation of a new program, Hispanic Business Today
   
  Dieguez also represented R&B Films in a deal with ABC/Capital Cities for a Saturday morning show called Children's Discovery Series, successfully wrote and pitched a sitcom to Quincy Jones called Hell's Kitchen casting Lisa Lisa in the lead, and did soundtrack licensing work for clients involved with New Jersey Drive (Spike Lee), Clockers (Spike Lee), Smoke (starring William Hurt), Faithful (starring Cher and Ryan O'Neal) and many other Hollywood films.
