with over 15 years of experience in the music and entertainment

With nine years of experience at EMI Records,
he rose from Regional Director of Promotion to Sales and Marketing
Director, and then to National Director of Retail. He also worked
as a Marketing Manager for CEMA, EMI's distribution company. |

of Prince's NPG Records/Northstar Distribution, he oversaw releases
