The Wonder
Twinz |
Since the mid 90s, The Wonder
TwinZ have DJd at hundreds of universities across the country.
In 1999, they had the honor of DJ-ing with the legendary Kool
Herc. In June 2000, The WonderTwinZ left their mark on the HipHop
scene in Germany, performing at numerous clubs and radio stations. |
Theyve also participated on radio
seminar panels for major music conferences. In addition, for
four years they broadcasted on Pirate Radio in New York City.
Despite the lack of permanent facilities, The Wonder TwinZ managed
to broadcast their show nightly. |
Since the summer of 2002, The Wonder TwinZ
have hosted their own daily radio program, The Wonder TwinZ
Show, on Sirius Satellite Radio. The show broadcasts digitally
throughout the US, Saturdays & Sundays on Channel # 40 (HipHop
Nation) and is simulcast on the web at www.Sirius.com. The Wonder
TwinZ also provide a weekly segment on Chuck Ds Top
20 Countdown for AOL Radio. |
The Wonder TwinZ are also publishers of
The Connex List, a HipHop business publication designed to help
offer resources for independent artists. The Connex List was
created in 1999 to fill a critical void in the HipHop business
community that would continue to exist today without its presence
a legitimate, business oriented HipHop media property,
created by HipHop insiders, that both informs and entertains
its readers. The magazine, along with its companion web
site www.ConnexList.com, is considered an indispensable resource
for artists, independent recording labels, product manufacturers
and service companies that make up the international HipHop business
community. |
The Wonder TwinZ are extremely proud to
have these broadcasting opportunities. We really believe
in the culture of HipHop, its strength and how it can change
society for the better, states Vader. His brother, Sonic,
agrees. We want to build an empire that understands HipHop
so we can give back to the community. We understand the responsibility
involved as part of the next generation of HipHop. |
The Wonder TwinZ are excited about what
the future holds. Theyre ready to spread their HipHop brotherly
love to the world of radio, TV and movies. |
